baji8 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the baji8 platform. By using our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Full Terms and Conditions

All clauses below apply to every user of the baji8 website and application. In the event of any dispute, this version shall serve as the authoritative document.

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baji8 ("we", "our", "Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering or accessing the baji8 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

baji8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use baji8 services, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (applicable to those aged 21 and above only).
  • You must be a legally competent individual and must open an account in your own name.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.

baji8 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend transactions until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

Using a strong password for each account is mandatory. Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. baji8 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing, renting or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information on your account.
  • Log out properly at the end of each session after logging in.
  • Contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on baji8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Deposit and withdrawal requests must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third parties are not accepted and we reserve the right to cancel such transactions.

In cases of suspicious financial activity, additional verification may be carried out in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals may be delayed until this process is complete.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

baji8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions. General bonus policy is outlined below:

  • Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: The total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable.
  • Any attempt to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in account termination.
  • Bonuses are valid for a specified period only; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • baji8 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of baji8 shall be final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on baji8 must be conducted honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets using any software, bot or automated method.
  • Abusing bonuses through the use of multiple accounts ("arbitrage betting").
  • Exploiting any technical error or game vulnerability on the platform.
  • Attempting to influence results in collusion with other members ("collusion").
  • Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome of an event ("insider information betting").

If any such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. For sports betting, once a live bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.

Additional Provisions and Policies

7 VIP Program Terms

The baji8 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your regular participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated and paid every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). VIP benefits are not transferable to another account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the baji8 platform:

  • Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
  • Using an account fraudulently or altering information.
  • Hacking, phishing or any other attempted cyber attack.
  • Harassing, threatening or insulting other members.
  • Unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property.
  • Spreading false information or attempting to damage the platform's reputation.
  • Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to use an account.

In the event of any of the above violations, baji8 reserves the right to close the account without notice and to take legal action if necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

The baji8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not accept responsibility for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connection disruption or technical errors.
  • Delays or failures by third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
  • Loss arising from unauthorized account access.
  • Disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

baji8 reserves the right to void any reward or win erroneously granted due to a technical error. All users are considered to use the platform voluntarily and at their own risk.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

For detailed information, see our Privacy Policy. In brief:

  • Your personal data is collected, stored and processed solely for the purpose of operating the service.
  • Data is not sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
  • Information may be disclosed when required by law or at the request of authorities.
  • Your data is protected with SSL encryption and modern security technology.

11 Responsible Gaming

baji8 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be enjoyed for entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.

  • You can set deposit limits on your account.
  • Use the self-exclusion feature if needed.

12 Account Closure and Termination

If you wish to close your account for any reason, please let us know via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

baji8 may terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • If any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • If evidence of fraudulent or unlawful activity is found.
  • If false identity or incorrect information has been provided.
  • If the user is found to be a minor.

In the event of account termination, baji8 follows a policy of returning any balance that has been fairly and legitimately earned.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact our customer service team first. A response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.

baji8 follows a neutral and fair process for resolving disputes. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be handled through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process. All proceedings are conducted transparently and the relevant parties are kept regularly informed.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the baji8 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, code — is the exclusive intellectual property of baji8. Reuse, modification or commercial use of these materials without our written permission is prohibited.

Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) own their respective intellectual property. Their content is displayed through baji8 under a valid license.

15 Changes to Terms and Contact

baji8 may update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified via their account in the event of significant changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
